Question for other Condo Associations??

I have a question of other Condo association members on the lake.
For the first time my condo association will allow PWC docking at our docks.
We are required to have them on free standing Jet Ski stands that will be placed in an out of the way area, (too shallow for boats & away from beach)
The association will be charging $350.00 for each PWC space.
What do other associations change for this type of docking? I feel that $350.00 is too high.
