Roto tiller work needed

I need a small section of ground, to be roto-tilled.
Do any Forum members know of someone who can do this work.
VERY small area, may 10 x 10, but too much for me to do by hand.

The other option is to rent a roto-tiller and do the job myself, so maybe also looking for places to rent a roto-tiller.
