$15 NH car inspection?

Lets see, last year Cantin Chevrolet-Cadillac in Laconia was doing the state car inspections for $15.00 for a pre-1996 car or pickup truck which means it is exempt from the new emissions test. Unfortunately, Cantin's has discontinued that low-price special. Anyone know where there's another $15.00 or cheaper inspection in the lakes region?
