Just saw this quote over in winter sports. After so many entries saying that speed is an issue in an accident even when alcohol is involved, the story changes. Talk about inconsistency and an agenda. Based on that quote, there is NO justification for a speed limit on the lake, this is just a misguided attempt by a small group of people to remove types of boats they consider undesirable from the lake.
