End-Of-Season-Info for 2016
Hello,
I just wanted to see if anyone knew when MP was planning on pulling the buoys for the season this year. According to http://des.nh.gov/media/pr/2016/20160908-drawdown.htm most of the lakes in the state are being drawn down on October 10th. I know Winnipesaukee doesn't actually draw down and instead actually slows the outflow from the dam around this time every year for maintenance...Does anyone know when that date is? At least the lake level may (theoretically) go back up for a little while for us fall foliage boaters. When do they pull the buoys? That really determines the end of the season for us inland boaters, so I'm sure plenty of you have the same question... Thanks! Matt
