welch100 Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2005 Location: Welch Island, Gilford Posts: 51 Thanks: 50 Thanked 15 Times in 6 Posts	New Gilford Property Assessments My island property assessment is going up 10.6% next year, which seems a bit steep given that we have made no improvements, and the real estate market seems flat. Are other assessments going up that much?
