Extremely Important: Gas Refund Forms

I went down to gas up at West Alton Marina, and was asked if I saved my gas receipts. "Yes I do!", I replied.

She says, "Did you know you have to file quarterly now?" and gave me a copy of the new form.

It is form RT122g and the form clearly states on the front of the form in the box starting off with "Original Invoices... and then "Per SAF-C310.01 (f)...shall be submitted quarterly by the last day of the first quarter following the last quarter included in the claim...

The revision date on the form is 07-05.
