FOOD- Recipes

How would a RECIPE category on this forum work..?? I suspect there are some on this forum who really know how to cook... and might share.

Maybe a restaurant Owner/Chef might share a recipe..incognito... that we could try.

Of course, the Chef would leave out ONE minor ingredient that makes it special...thereby encouraging the reader (after doing it himself) to go to a restaurant where that Entrée is served..to find out what it "Should" taste like. Just wondering.

PS: Eating...and cooking is one of my favorite pastimes in my declining years.
