Default Dinner at the Wolfeboro Inn

We had a great dinner at the Wolfeboro Inn (Wolfe's Tavern) last night. The new soup/salad bar was great. We shared a French Onion Soup (excellent and we've had it lots of places) and then we tried the Special: Spare Ribs, and they were FABULOUS; As tender, juicy, and succulent as we've ever had and the pan-dripping sauce was browned; thick and rich, more like a gravy. The mashed potato with the goat and cheddar cheese was perfect with it, and the bean/corn salsa with its extra zip was a nice surprise. We would both order it again. The new chef also served a neat little selection of pesto, olive oil and whipped butter with the fresh bread. Service was fine too.
