$67.6 Million??

Has anybody seen Fat Lazy Less, he usually hangs around up in Plymouth!!

DES MOINES, Iowa - Someone who bought a Powerball ticket in New Hampshire won Saturday's $67.6 million jackpot.

The winning ticket was sold at the state liquor store in Plymouth.

"We haven't heard anything yet," store manager Steve Willey said yesterday.

And no one has come in with a $67 million smile.

"I know I'm not the winner," he said.

Willey said a few people who had heard the news came in wondering who the winner might be, but he said he has no clue.

"Hopefully it's a local person," he said.

The store gets $30,000 for sellling the ticket. Willey said it will be divided among the seven employees, based on the number of hours they work.

"It will be a nice summertime trip or something," he said.

The winning numbers were: 16-22-43-46-49, Powerball: 10

The jackpot will be $15 million dollars for Wednesday's drawing.

I'm sure if Less won, he would donate 5% to the state of NH in lieu of the state tax he thinks everyone should be paying.

Sorry, but I'm one to never play any lottery, and trust that bumper sticker that goes; 'Lotteries - a tax for those who cannot do math'. I like to do my gambling with cigarette stocks which is not much of a gamble. Probably, a lot of the lottery players are smokers, too.

Oh what the heck, for a dollar it's cheap entertainment and like the ads say......just imagine. Gee whiz....probably if I hit it big, I'd peel off the black tape that's covering the check engine light on my 200,000+ mile, Ford pickup and get it fixed for real! Meredith has so many Ford pickups that there must be an "EASY" state inspection garage here, somewhere. Where is it and no, Wal-Mart no longer does inspections since that requires emissions equipment.
