Questions about two islands

Unrelated to anything, just curious.

Who puts the house on Becky's Garden? Do they take it off for the winter? Do they own the island?

Anyone know the history behind the island name Less-in-Area? It was on the old green chart, I always thought it was like a warning. Like beware of the "less". But it is listed as an island on the Bizer site.

The house usually appears around the 4th of July and is gone after Labor Day. Can't help with your other questions.

Since we first spotted it, my wife wants to show it to everyone we bring out on the boat.
