Default Former "Made on Earth" space?

Does anyone know what's going into the former MOE space on Main St. in Wolfeboro, next to Lydia's cafe and Kalled Gallery?

Many towns have a FB group focused only on their town. You might try THE REAL Wolfeboro Group, "A friendly environment to talk about current events, share photos and be positive about WOLFEBORO. Let’s be a friendly community."

Current Status of the Project:

The Building: The structure is being completely renovated rather than demolished. The project aims to modernize the space while maintaining the "village character" required by Wolfeboro’s zoning ordinances.

The Developer: Local development interest has focused on "in-fill" projects in this area of Main Street to increase downtown density.

The Future Use: Plans for the site typically involve a mixed-use format, which is the current trend for downtown Wolfeboro. This usually includes:
Ground Floor: Modernized retail or "unique boutique" spaces to replace the previous storefront.
Upper/Back Levels: Potential for high-end residential units or office space, taking advantage of the property's proximity to Back Bay.

You can also try "You know you're from Wolfeboro, NH if" on Facebook, but I haven't seen anything or heard anything. I did see the restaurant is being redone, being made larger?
