Bill Brooks is showing a yet-to-be-completed deck. The item wrapped in white may be a "roof cap"—about ready to be crane-lifted into place.
The present roof's underside has yet to be framed-in for a "ceiling". For myself, I'd want to see a close-up picture of the intersection of all those rafters. I've seen some awful carpentry displayed right there! ![]() 'Can't tell how far that Pine tree is to that corner's drip cap. Ever leaned against a Pine tree when there's 20-MPH winds? ![]() .
