Post Ames Farm settles with DES

As reported in today's Citizen, the Ames Farm and DES have settled over wetlands issues. The story can be read HERE.

Glad to see that Ames Farm and DES reached an agreement (with the help of Belknap County Superior Court) that appears to be good for both sides.

The article in the paper states that Ames Farm has "expressed a desire to meet or exceed all environmental standards in the future as well as to demonstrate environmental leadership in the community".
