Just FYI, the United States Coast Guard is discontinuing the hard copy version of the Boating Safety Circular effective immediately. The current printed version of the circular is the final hard copy edition.

In the future the Boating Safety Circular will be web based and posted on the Coast Guard Office of Boating Safety website. http://www.uscgboating.org

Items addressed by this publication include the latest recall campaigns (9 pages of recalls in the last hard copy version).
