So, as of today, is it still too early to really say if this is a frivolous lawsuit or is it a case with genuine merit, that deserves the full attention and considerable scrutiny of a federal court?

In short, is it a scam, or is it the real deal?

Is there a local, $200/hour attorney reading this who can identify themselves and volunteer some lengthy opinions ?
