Default Bugs and boats

Our shore and all the docks have been covered with no see uhms the last few weeks. Any non toxic spray or plant that might get rid of them?

One of our boat bumpers managed to squash thousands of those. However, the remains trashed the side of our boat and generous scrubbing got all of it off.

Off. I can't wait to see what's up there this week .
