Default Caterer/Server?

I have a friend putting together a rehearsal dinner for late August. She is looking for a caterer/server to do some of the food but is also looking for someone to help with putting out the food, serving and cleanup. In RI there seem to be people who hire out to be, basically, extra sets of hands. Any ideas??

Sounds to me like you're trying to do it on the cheap..........don't know where you'll find people to "serve and clean up"............if you want a good job, hire a caterer. There are many good ones in the lakes region. You get what you pay for.

Well, apparently there are people who do serve and help out in the fancy resort town these folks are from in RI.
I would hire a caterer myself, but I was just trying to help her out.

Give these guys a try. I had them cater my wedding a few yrs ago and it was a great experience, Also I set one of my clients up with them for a party this past saturday, which I also attended the party. And it was just as good as it was a few yrs ago.
Top notch food and service.

Curt's Caterers is very good (they are in Gilford). I know that Mame's Restaurant in Meredith and Hart's Turkey Farm also do catering.
