Default Chieftain Motel

Does anyone have any info on Chieftain Motel that was on Pleasant Street in Meredith? At one point I saw it was for sale. Was it sold? Is it still a motel?
Their website only shows a location in Hanover.

A new looking, single family house located on the right half of the property that used to be the Olmec has had a 'for sale' sign for months and months and months. What's the story on that......determined seller.....will not lower price or..... just no mortgages available(?).

Some new home (?) construction under way on the left side....(?)
