Interested in selling my flexible week at The Summit for ONLY 50% of next years maintenance fees.

I will pay the transfer fee of $200.

Hi

The new maintenance fee for 2022 will be billed in September 2021.... based on recent previous years I would project it to be about $950-$975.You would be eligible to choose a flexible week immediately for 2022.

I would pay 50% and the $200 transfer fee.

Yes rentals are available.

Looking at the website summitresortnh.com it depends on the time of year from $150's-$230/night.

If interested I would encourage you to check out their site for much more information about the resort.
