Found this floating just south of Shep Browns marina yesterday about 400 feet offshore. Heavy duty hollow molded plastic deck chair filled with water weighing (wet) about 25 pounds. 1 1/2" diameter steel swivel pole for mounting in floor.
This would destroy a prop in a second and easily go through a hull if hit hard enough. How it got out of the boat in the first place I do not know. If it's yours message me. I'll hold it for a few weeks then dispose of it. |
