WMUR's Chronicle is doing a story on Monday's (1/27) edition about some ice fishermen who home brew beer on the ice in their bob house. How cool is that?!?! Cold clean air and the sweet smell of brewing beer, what could be better?

Well those boys and girls appeared to be having fun out there. As I recall, the fermentation takes several days. I assume that the bob/brew house has to be kept at 60 degrees or so all that time. Must take a good supply of fuel.
It made for a good Chronicle story, thanks for the post. |
