Surprise Pics From 4-8-12

I took these pics last Sunday but never looked at them till just a few minutes ago. I thought they looked pretty cool as the top of the hilltop looks like it is on fire. The island in the foreground is Governors. Can someone identify the hilltop for me?? Must be somewhere on the West side of Meredith Bay??...

In the closeup it looks like the water tower, now decorated to look like a light house at Akwa Soliel, now called Meredith Bay.

Yea, that is the hill top just north of Wiers. As a kid I used to think that there were palm trees on that slope. I expect that you didn't take those shots with a 30 cal.!

It is moments like this that remind me that we should never take the beauty of our Lake for granted. For you can see we are truly blessed.
