Town of Alton Website

The town of Alton just got their website up and running this past week. There is a wealth of information as to who to contact in the town, complete with phone numbers and in some cases, email. And under "Important Links" they have included a link to this website!!!! Thank you town of Alton!!!

The town calendar of events is mainly for board meetings and town business. The link to Alton Parks & Rec will give you the activities calendar.

If someone is considering a move to the lakes region or if anyone has a question about who to contact in Alton, we now have an excellent resource to get the ball rolling.

The site is nicely done. I found no link to send email to the webmaster. Do you know who it is, Upthesaukee?

I think the same person does both the Town and the Parks & Rec web sites. However, you are correct, no link to the webmaster. I have asked a friend who would know if they could get the webmaster to email me with an email address or go directly onto the forum and email you directly. I did let them know that you had the webcam site, and may be definitely worthwhile to contact you. Happy Holidays, IG.

I wish every town will have a web site like this one. Especially history! Will the webmaster for winnipesaukee.com make a link to the Aton webcam? It will be nice to have a link to the Wolfeboro cam as well.

Both those links are in Lake Links.

Thanks again for supporting one of the Lakes Regions towns, which just happens to be my town, and the town of many other posters.
