Does Winnipesaukee Have A Local Paper That I Can Advertise In?

I'm looking for a paper like the Weirs Times that I can advertise an upcoming event I'm having at the Meredith Community Center.

Does the Weirs Times offer this? Any other papers/suggestions that anyone has would be great.

There are a variety of places to advertise, given who your target audience is.

Daily Papers
Laconia Daily Sun and Laconia Citizen will have the most circulation, but not all in Meredith. The Sun is free, while the Citizen costs money to buy. The Concord Monitor is popular in the region, but since most of the audience is way south, it might not be a good value place to advertise.

There are a number of weekly local papers in the SalmonPress group - including one in Meredith, one in Gilford, one in Winnesquam, etc. YOu need to have the ad or announcement ready about two weeks before the event (often the Monday 10 days before publication is the final deadline. These papers will target mainly residents.

Then there is the Weirs Times - a weekly free paper, that is more oriented to rich tourists and right-wingers than the general public, so if that is not your audience, it might not be the paper for you.
