Hello! I thought I would let you all know to beware of Deer on 171 in Moultonborough. Tuesday night I struck a deer (500 feet from the main entrance to the Castle in Clouds) at 55 mph. Luckilly My GMC Suburban only recieved a broken license plate hold and a twisted license plate. There was nothing I could do, I slammed on my brakes when I saw it jump over the stone wall but there was no stopping my Suburban. I am not proud what I did, but I am merely letting you all know that the deer are moving in that area.

I am curious as to what happened to the deer. I am hopeful that it got donated to local food banks (although I am not sure how many homeless people reside in that part of the state). If you want to send any bologna my way i'de be happy to accept. Glad to hear you are ok.

I gave it to my neighbor. After I notified the police, I notified him and he came and got it.
