Web Cams
I noticed several area web cams are not updating their images. (Weirs Channel cam, Weirs Cam, Anchor Marine cam) Does anyone know what is going on? I like to check the Weirs cam this time of year to see the ice receding.

There is a thread under the "Web Cams" forum. The webmaster indicates that they are aware of the problem and are working on it.

I know it has no ties to our beloved webmaster here --
But, as I am nowhere near it during this part of the season --- would some kind forum member closer to Alton please take a ladder and tighten (once and for all) the srews on the housing for the Spencer Hughes Cam in Alton ............. once again it has dropped angle ............... and I love that cam (as the many others) !! p.s. -- before someone goes flyin off the handle the post is meant as levity

Ok Ok
Ok since we are on the subject, but someone needs to take down the "Welcome" red, white, and blus flag on the WolfeCam, it is blocking the view.

I must have an old link --- I don't see any "Toshiba" line or place for controls.
I suspect it would be similar to Proctors -- where you can zoom in Befudled This is my link bookmarked http://www.spencerhughes.com/altoncam
