Belknap Snowmobilers - Annual Meeting

We are having our annual club meeting on Friday, October 11th at the Beane Conference Center located at 35 Blueberry Lane in Laconia. This will be pot luck, so please bring along your favorite dish. Please arrive at 6:30. We will eat and socialize with a meeting to follow at 7:00 to review club business.

We voted to have this meeting Columbus Day weekend on a Friday with the hope it would attract some new faces to the club. We thought having it on a Friday and around a holiday may make it easier for some of our out of town membership folks more able to join us, so we hope this change helps and encourages others to attend that may not have been able to in the past. So please try and make it. This is your opportunity to meet the leadership of the club, ask questions, and get involved with the club. So we hope to see you there.

Please check the club website frequently for work party announcements and other club business. You can access the club website at the following address: www.belknapsnowmobilers.com. On the club website you now have the option for joining the club online via PayPal. Of course the option to download and manually print the membership form is still there, but you now have the electronic option as well. We tested it last year and seemed to work very well for us and our members. We are striving to do as much as we can in the electronic format. Bulk mailings are very costly and we try to save money in every way we can.

I hope your summer went well and hope you are enjoying the nice fall weather. Again, keep an eye on the website for work party announcements and I look forward to seeing you on the trails and other club functions. I wish you and your family all the best.
