Too bad the pictures weren't captured, Lakegirl. I was on my way home from Tilton to Alton on Rtes 3 & 11 and as I started down the high hill to the end of the "bypass", Mt Washington was visible and bathed in a reddish glow of sunset. Sure wished I had my 35 mm camera, my 2x doubler, and 300mm lens. Would have made a nice shot. Or maybe something like a new Canon EOS SLR digital camera or a new Nikon D70, or maybe I had hit the lottery...
![]() Oops, back on track...great sunset and thanks for trying to share it with us. Happy New Year.
