Default New PhotoPost Category - Postcards

I have created a separate category for all the great antique postcards that mcdude has been posting on PhotoPost.

Check out the collection here:

Mcdude, where did you find all these old postcards? One of them "Dear Grandma" we believe was written by a very dear friend of my parents, who has since passed away. Just curious how you may have come across it.

Hi Lacey: I've been collecting postcards over the years for no particular purpose. At flea markets you can usually find a postcard booth. I've got about 40 more that I can scan and post if I can finally figure out this new scanner! I'm glad they are being well-received by fellow posters and bringing back fond memories of a quieter more peaceful time at the lake without huge off-shore boats, bike week etc. etc. You can also find them on e-bay as Jersey Girl has pointed out, however, I hesitate to tell you all this as you might outbid me! I'd be glad to send along the "Dear Grandma" postcard if you would like it. Drop me an e-mail. (see profile) I hope others will join in with sharing their old postcards!
