I'm going to assume this legislation is in memory of Senator Carl Johnson.

Default In Memory of Sen Carol Johnson and wife Jeannette

Sen Johnson, who did so much for NH, died unexpectedly last fall. Within 5 days, the love of his life, Jeannette - who was always by his side, also passed away. They have named the cove in front of the Johnson family house "Johnson Cove" in memory of the Senattor.
