Do you still call them Sea gulls if they are always hanging around the Lake?
![]() These ones were sitting in the fog this morning on the docks in Wolfeboro. Like planes that were grounded due to the lack of visibility. ![]() ![]() |

The simple answer is that, according to my bird book, there is no such thing as "sea" gulls...there are only gulls. If so, problem solved.

Are "bald" eagles, bald? What's in a name? A rose bush by any other name still smells like horse poo after it rains.

Well around here they seem to hang around the landfill so we call them DUMP DUCKS.

Gulls are no worse than eagles, they're both scavanger species.
