Crazy Gringo Parking spaces
Anyone here understand the parking “agreement” this established has with the city or property owners. I find it odd one business can control parking where the others require customers to pay city rates. Curious

The property across the street from Gringos is owned by the landlord for the building Gringos is in. It is not city property.
She charges Gringos additional rent for those parking spaces. Because they are posted, Gringos management has the right to tow vehicles if the occupants are not patronizing Gringos. |

The owner of the Gringo is getting quotes to have them restriped red and some better signage. Although the big TOW ZONE signs are pretty noticeable. The owner of the building used to collect the $$$ out of the meters for themselves. The meters have long since broken and have the blue out of order covers on them.
This past weekend was especially chaotic with the nice weather and MTV celeb Chanel West Coast wandering around with her film crew. Woodsy
