Pontoon boat fender overboard

Lost a pontoon specific boat fender, like the one in picture, overboard while taking a cruise around Sally’s Gut, Bear and Mark Island yesterday. Should have strap and railing clip attached. Any assistance would be appreciated.

With the winds that came through last night and early this morning it's probably in Alton now, but will keep my eyes open.
