It wasn't "good" snow, too fluffy and "shrinks" really quickly. Add that to no base and it yields about 1 good day of riding - grooming or not. The Belknap groomer was out, so they gave it a shot. Just wasn't in the cards. What we needed was some good wet stuff.

Registrations for the last couple of years have been way down, and grant money is based on that. Its not a fixed sum they get every year.
