I will keep an eye out for the cat. We'll be here for a while yet. Cats are pretty amazing creatures that often can take care of themselves. Many, many years ago, we would rent a cottage for a couple of months on Lake Contoocook in Jaffrey. Our cat, Satan, was no where to be found when it was time to head home. For months we would go back and look for him, eventually giving up hope, figuring that something had got him. The next summer, guess who was sitting on the step waiting for us?!
Let's hope this island cat will find its was back to its people.
