Thanks for the tips everyone. We don't usually get out this early in the year so the tips are really helpful. I wasn't aware of the rules this time of year but we always catch and release and we never use live bait so by chance, we are good there

We fished last weekend for about 4 hours in about 8 to 20 feet and only caught 2. Rocky bottom - both were taken on senkos. First fish of the year for us - we were thinking this is just the beginning, it's only going to get better from here!
