Question:
We have two adjoining lots. Bought separately. One we own and one the bank still has a significant interest in. Could a town merge two lots with essentially different owners?
I like the idea of defensively moving one to my wife's name only.
Lets be honest, she is only letting me use "her lot" anyway.
