I worked there one summer when I was 14 washing dishes. I was assigned to the pots and pans sink ….my own little cubicle. I remember that one of the owners was an elderly woman in a wheel chair and she used to yell at us kids to keep us moving : ))
I'll never forget the time that one of the dishwashers asked her to come across with a raise and she replied "I'll come across with a hickory stick"
