Beware. Comcast (Xfinity) is consistently rated in the top tier of companies with terrible customer service. I've experienced it first hand and it took a letter to the CT Attorney General to reach resolution. I would NEVER recommend them given that experience and their reputation. The only reason I still use them is I have no other options for cable in CT.

Research on-line - which of all people I know you'll do - and be your own judge.
