I am a wee late....
....but in the Ridgewood Ave neighborhood here in Gilford we have quite a few homes for sale for under $200K and some of them are in good shape and located right off the bypass but yet far enough away to remain cozy. Our police, fire and EMS services are top notch and the town crews do a great job with the roads during inclement weather. Good luck in the property search and welcome to the area!
