Welcome CateP, you're in for a treat. My wife and I moved here 1 and 1/2 years ago. We absolutely love it!! Look at Southdown Shores in Laconia. It's a gated community with many awesome deals right now. You'll also be very close to the Lakes Region's premier Tapas Restaurant.
