I have a propane stove that provides my heat. I also use propane for cooking and my dryer. The cost of propane varies based on the contract you have with supplier. I do know that higher usage drops the rate. No worries if electric goes out and best of all no clean up. I do have the unit services every other year to ensure highest efficiency.
