This just reminded me of a well known ordinance in Norfolk, Virginia. (Circa 1963) It's called
"Drinking in Public" and is NOT tolerated. Having a beer in your own backyard is a No No. If someone can
see you doing it..You are in Violation of the law. and will be sited.
