Regarding the bold-printed text, isn't that ALL THE MORE REASON that boater education is important in New Hampshire???
The article may have appeared in a Mass.-based website but N.H. boating was mentioned several times in the article.

NO, I don't know! The importance of boating safety and boating fatalities are the same everywhere, only the laws differ from state to state.
