I understand and commend your loyalty, but perhaps the better course of action would have been to let Pops know of the negative comment, and let him respond here in public, or by email/message to the poster.

Geeze...do you REALLY think 'goodrid" was expressing loyalty? It sounds exactly like they were describing their daily routine and rules of the business.
