As long as we have left the lakes region, Idaho comes in #3. #2 in quality potatoes is Aroostook County Maine and #1 is St. John's County Florida. Of course, if yo like those grainy things at Mickey D's....they come from Idaho, except in Aroostook County. I never ate at a McD's In St John's County.
