I have a friend who was a Marine in Vietnam. He has an interesting trilogy of pictures.
A trailer with either 2 or 3 barrels on the trailer with the diesel/ gas/effluent (
) smoke billowing up; one from WWII south Pacific (his dad), one from Vietnam (him), and one from Afghanistan (his son).
He said it was proof positive that in the military, some $#!+ never changes.
