I reenforce this with everyone and anyone, especially people coming to visit for the day and still with people I know who live here or are here all the time. Drowning is nothing like it is portrayed on TV / film. It is silent and quick and you have to be very vigilant, especially with the younger kids. I cringe when I see groups of kids playing chicken or 'king of the dock' or anything like that. Don't want to be a stick in the mud, but it's a lot better option then someone drowning from a simple knock on the head or accident...
