Not to get too far off topic....but the answer is yes.
I have no problem with choice steak...Capital Grill serves dry aged choice, Ruth's Chris serves prime. I suspect other well known steak houses sell choice. I don't see a major problem with this. If it is important to you...just ask. I just felt that serving both but charging MKt Price for prime was strange.
